PPOD Price Guard BETA DATA NOTICE · LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 14, 2026

Beta data and privacy

This notice explains what POD Price Guard stores while you use the free beta. The beta is an early product and does not connect to Printify, Shopify, Etsy, or WooCommerce.

What the beta stores

Your email address is used to create and secure your account. If you use the dashboard, it stores the product and variant names, selling prices, production costs, shipping estimates, transaction fee estimates, margin floor, and cost alerts you enter. It also stores feedback you submit.

Usage counts

The beta records simple feature-use events such as adding a product, importing a CSV, updating a cost, changing a margin floor, or sending feedback. These events do not include product names, selling prices, or cost amounts. The operator may review event counts to understand which parts of the beta are useful.

Where information is stored

The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Account and beta data are stored with Supabase Auth and Supabase Database. The Supabase JavaScript client is loaded from jsDelivr. Information is used to provide the beta, troubleshoot problems, and review submitted feedback. There are no payments or paid AI features in this beta.

Who can access it

Your account is separated from other testers by database access rules. The POD Price Guard operator can access account data through the project administration tools when needed to operate or support the beta. Do not enter customer information, payment card details, or information you do not want stored in this early product.

How long it is kept

Your beta data stays in your account until you delete it. Use Delete my account in the dashboard to delete the account and its saved products, alerts, feedback, and usage events.
